Corporate Actions
This page lists corporate actions affecting Robinhood Stock Tokens. Corporate actions can include events such as stock splits, dividends, mergers, name changes, and delistings of an underlying asset.
For each corporate action, Robinhood will publish the relevant adjustment event, details of the corporate action, and information on any adjustments made to the terms and conditions of the affected Stock Tokens.
Trading during corporate actions
Trading in an affected Stock Token is typically paused while a corporate action is processed. In most cases, placing new orders is unavailable from the early morning on the effective date (around 2 AM CET/CEST) and resumes once processing is complete, typically by the start of the US market day (around 3:30 PM CET/CEST).
During certain corporate actions, open orders for the affected token may be canceled. In limited cases, such as a delisting or liquidation, only sell or redemption activity may be permitted while the action is processed.
