Stock Tokens (the "Product") are tokenised debt securities issued by Robinhood Assets (Jersey) Limited (the "Issuer" or "RHJ"). The Product provides economic exposure to underlying securities but does not grant investors any legal or beneficial rights in, or against the issuer of, those underlying securities. Any decision to invest in the Products should be made solely on the basis of the Base Prospectus (together with any supplements) and the applicable Final Terms, as well as the relevant Key Information Document where required. Investor fee rate

  • 0.00% (zero) for token purchase/subscription
  • 0.00% (zero) for token redemption for the first 90 (ninety) days from the date of issuance
  • 0.05% for token redemption after the date falling 90 (ninety) days after the date of issuance

The Issuer can change the Investor Fee Rate from time to time, subject to limits as specified in the applicable Final Terms.
